Located in the valley of Bognelvdalen, Bubbelen is one of the most visited places in the village of Langfjordbotn, which is situated at the end of Langfjorden. This attraction is popular for its gushing waters that flow into the Bognelv river. The water appears bubbly at the surface due to the strong flow, especially during the spring season.
Visitors usually stay at the Altafjod camp while visiting this place. There is a small bridge that overlooks the flow, where you can stop by to click pictures. If you’re coming here by car, there is a parking lot where you will need to climb a 20-minutes long path to get to the stream. Some parts are steeper than the others, but there are ropes on which visitors can hold on to for safety.
